Sara & Ryan – 10/19/13

What a wedding this was! Sara & Ryan pulled out all the stops to make sure they threw a fabulous day – and boy, did they! Bride Support was along for the ride under the premium coordination package – and wow, was it a fun one to help plan!

Sara & Ryan started their day at church where their friends & family witnessed them becoming one through marriage. With a beautiful setting and sweet ceremony – they finally tied the knot and made it official. Guests moved to Harriet Island Pavilion where cocktail hour music was provided by Orange Mighty Trio and the celebration began. With tasty food by Lettuce Cater, fabulous decor by Colleen’s Flower Cellar, The Covered Chair, Avant Decor and Festivities and a rockin’ good time by the Brian Kinney Band – this reception was hard to beat. Oh – but don’t forget the late night snack…tots by a local food truck, Tot Boss! YUM! This crew partied until the last minute and were more than happy to help the new couple celebrate! Thanks for letting us be a part of your big day, Sara & Ryan!

The first major wedding decision we made was to hire Meredith (Premium Coordination Package) and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made! We met with other potential wedding coordinators, but when we met with Meredith, we knew she was the coordinator for us. She was personable, friendly, and eager to learn what we wanted for our wedding day. We felt that she valued our opinions and our vision and could help us bring it to life. She very much exceeded our expectations! Meredith helped us with a countless number of tasks that felt overwhelming to us. She provided us with lists of vendors that were a good fit, attended many meetings and asked all of the right questions, and researched hundreds of random questions we asked. She was very responsive, always returning phone calls and emails promptly and was willing to meet whenever we needed to touch base. She very much reduced the amount of stress that wedding planning can bring and we were able to enjoy our wedding day fully. It was the most fun we have ever had! The day went seamlessly due to the great planning and attention to detail. Thank you Meredith for making our vision become a reality! We had so much fun along the way!”

Allison & Nic – 10/5/2013

Allison & Nic, although living in the south, wanted to host their special day in a location that holds a special place in their hearts – St Paul. They invited their intimate group of guests (from all over the US) to two of St Paul’s most beautiful spots – Como Conservatory and W.A. Frost. Their morning ceremony in the Sunken Garden was touching, sweet and so intimate. As guests stood nearby, and the harp played – they made their way to the front of the garden to promise the rest of their lives to each other. Then, guests moved to W.A. Frost for a delicious brunch at the iconic restaurant. Such a lovely group of guests – and an even lovelier couple…best wishes to you two!

Allison & Nic wrote the following review…
“Meredith, from bridesupport.com, was a lifesaver in so many ways for our wedding.  There wasn’t a conversation between my then-fiancé and I related to the wedding that didn’t include, “Make sure we tell Meredith about this… She’s so great.”

I was in doubt about the necessity of having a wedding coordinator- even a “day-of wedding coordinator.”  I didn’t think it’d be worth the money.  My then-fiancé convinced me that it, if nothing else, it might help to ease the stress planning a wedding inevitably elicits.  He was beyond right!  We couldn’t have predicted the challenges we’d face when it came to planning the wedding (including a move to the other side of the country!), and without Meredith, the wedding as a whole would have cost more, would not have been everything we’d hoped it would be, and ultimately it would have been a little more stressful and a little less joyful.

Meredith was prompt, offered resources, was accommodating above and beyond her expected responsibilities, and thought of every detail ahead of time so I never had to worry or feel rushed.  What we appreciated most was that while she was professional, and ensured everyone involved “got the job done,” she did so in such a way that was respectful and kept it fun.  On the day of my actual wedding, all I had to do was relax and enjoy the day- exactly how it should be.

My husband and I can’t thank Meredith enough for double-checking our plans, easing our worries, making recommendations, and answering every request we had with, “Sure, that’s no problem!”  I would recommend Meredith to anyone.  Even if you’re on a budget, cut costs somewhere else as you could potentially spend more without her.  The service Meredith provides ensures you will be able to create and enjoy the day you always dreamed of!”
