What a lovely couple. What a sharp-looking bunch. What a romantic wedding!

Phyllis and David put a lot of personal touches and hard work into their wedding to make sure it truly exuded “them.” And it certainly worked! Guests were treated to lots of fun surprises all night that made them say “Wow – how fun is that!?” With an on-top-of-it bridal party, Phyllis & David enjoyed a wedding to remember at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis – such a unique and wonderful spot to host your guests in the heart of the Twin Cities. They shared a romantic and intimate ceremony – with hilarious custom vows, a friend officiating (oh! and my favorite moment – a harp playing lightly in the background during the vows and exchange of rings!) and beautiful garden-like decor followed by a fun, lively and celebratory reception. The couple let no detail go unnoticed – including lots of DIY projects such as custom sashes and flower pins for cocktail tables, photo books for guests to peruse during cocktail hour, props for the photo booth and lots of custom signage. They treated their guests to some fun moments throughout the night including a special swing dance that the couple had learned (in addition to their first dance!), a 2nd reception dress, the bride rapping to Nicki Minaj (!!) and sparklers at the end of the night. Oh – wait!…and the guests being filmed in different group shots lip-syncing to “I Say A Little Prayer” for what’s sure to be an AWESOME mash-up video. We had a blast being a part of this one – and it’s certainly one for the memory book!

“I love planning and spent a lot of time thinking about every detail of my wedding. I knew it was going to be busy on the wedding day, so I wanted to find someone who could keep everything organized and carry out my vision. In came Meredith! She is a consummate professional, who goes over and beyond to help couples on their big day.

When it came to correspondence, she was super responsive to my emails (and there were a lot the week before the wedding!). She made sure she understood my plans, and most importantly, she was someone I absolutely trusted to coordinate all the wedding details. She was a dream come true! And further icing on the cake — her rate was the best I found in the Minneapolis area for a day-of-wedding coordinator. Hiring Bride Support was the best money we spent on our wedding.
