A Bride's Best Friend

Kim & Tom had a positively lovely and classy wedding day in Minneapolis with their closest family and friends. After planning their big day while he lived in VA and she lived in Iraq – they were thrilled to finally be together and making it official! The Graves 601 hotel was the perfect setting for such a modern couple. The ceremony took place in the ballroom; With siblings as the  attendants – and a family friend officiating, it was a sweet and meaningful ceremony. Not to mention the beautiful guitar and vocal stylings of Angela Bobick! After a cocktail hour in the foyer and a room flip in the ballroom – guests were invited into the reception for the couple’s first dance, delicious meal and some heartfelt toasts. I loved how Kim & Tom carried the motif from their invitations through to their escort cards and cake. Oh – and the cake!…which included a hand-sculpted version of their dog…so cute! Gateaux also provided a beautiful dessert buffet with takeout boxes for guests to take treats home in. The wedding was an intimate affair – you certainly couldn’t deny the love from everyone in the room and especially in-between the couple. What a special day for these two – congrats, Kim & Tom!
